Here is a 2015 ELECTRIC SMART FORTWO car with a BAD main battery. Great car to change to a high performance conversion. Everything else on the car works. Car will just not go. I am a Harley wholesaler and when bikes are not available I buy the nicest cars. This is one of them. This car was bought at a dealer only auction. It was inspected at the DMV and issued a REBUILT TITLE. All the paperwork is completed and this car can be registered in ANY state without issues.
