For sale is my 1968 R 50. However it has full specification R 50 S engine. Invoices to show all the work done at 18700 miles. Crankshaft re-built and new rods, pins, bearings cages, lightened and balanced crankshaft, bearings, R 50 S pistons, seals, exchange cylinder head core, Stage one Bonneville heads, new slinger, 328 camshaft, original 6 fin valve covers, complete 6 volt electrical system and magneto assembly, 26mm carb modifications, late style rear main bearing carrier, transmission rebuild, deep oil pan, speedo rebuild, wiring harness. Lots more receipts for numerous items totaling over $12000. My starting price is quite a bit less than what I paid for it. The bike runs just great, fires up usually first kick, has a real nice 8 gallon Hoske fuel tank. No leaks, smoke or funny noises just a sweet running bike. Tires good, has a Denfold folding rear carrier, original tool kit, factory instruction manual, great mufflers. Looks like a Bates screen, Dual period fiber glass rear luggage.
