I am selling my 1966 Chevy shortbed stepside pickup. I bought this pickup from the original owner. It is completely original. This truck is complete, except there is no engine in it. I bought it this way, intending to install a small block V-8 in it. The truck was originally equipped with a 250 CID straight six. Included in the sale is all components to put it back like it was. A partial list is: 4 speed SM420 transmission, clutch, flywheel, all external components off of the original 250 engine. The truck is a California, rust free example. I removed the floor mat and sound deadener, so the buyer can see the condition of the floor boards. The original seat is also included, and needs to be recovered. The buyer will be guaranteed a clean California title, that will be in my name. The title is in process, so please allow 2 weeks for it to make it through the mail. This truck would make a perfect full restoration truck, or put a motor in it and drive it with the patina look. As seen in the photos, there is a little bit of amateur body on the right hand door and fender, but an easy fix. This is a really nice, original, one owner truck since 1966, so please look carefully at the pictures, and ask questions - see my feed back. The truck has been parked since 1998.
