Back of the shop special! I wont get around to it and I could use the space. 1954 Triumph 650 project 1954 frame and motor, non numbers matching needs complete rebuild, was just thrown together as a roller. Frame is in good original condition. Engine turns over nicely. case needs a small repair on a mounting hole (easy fix), no cracks in the cases. cylinder walls looks great and have the pistons i bought with it. head in complete with rocker boxes. transmission spins freely. forks are complete and the rest is as you see it.
