1975 Porsche 911 110,743 miles Original 2.7L 4 speed was swapped out for a 3.0L 5 speed from a 1982 911 SC. Engine code 64C3160 Convertible conversion with black soft top in great shape. (Car was originally a Targa) Comes with top-down cover. All steel wide body (turbo look) conversion Runs great and has no known mechanical issues with the engine or transmission Starts up and idles great There is a small oil leak coming from the engine bay (I usually can clean it up with one swipe of a shop towel) There is no evidence of any body damage or accidents. This is backed by the previous owner who informed me that this is an accident-free car. The previous owner informed me that this car spent most of its life in California. The paint and body could use some attention. 85% of the car is in great shape aesthetically. All body pieces are aligned properly and the doors, hood, and trunk all open and close as they should. There are some areas over the front right fender that the clear is starting to peel. This is noticeable from about four feet away. There is a small ding in the left rear fender. There are a couple areas where the paint has started to lose its luster. Again, this is only noticeable from an inspection distance. I have noted to small rust spots; one in the passenger door jamb (size of a quarter), other located on lip of rear trunk (approximately 1.5” long along lip edge). This is a 42 year old car and should be expected to show and appear as such. It is very apparent that this car has been well-taken care of over its life. It is also apparent that it has not undergone any sort of professional restoration in the recent past. I recommend having an inspection done prior to bidding.
