I have kept everything in working order, and regularly inspect for any issues or leaks. The van has a new coat of paint and clear bra, as well as a 110W LED bar on the front. The starter and brake booster have been recently replaced. There's a minor chip in the windshield, but the glass itself is pretty new. With a couple bags of sand in the back, it does really well in the snow, even though it's only 2WD. Heater and AC both work fantastically.It has been converted to a partial cargo hauler, but still has about 8ft of cargo room in the back, in addition to the first row of OEM seats. You can easily fit 2 dirt bikes in the back, as well as carry a whole contractor crew.
