Selling my 1984 CR500R, unfortunately the time has come that I need to sell this bike. I rebuilt this bike top to bottom. Crankshaft was rebuilt (can provide receipts) new piston and bored .040 over. Bike has some cosmetic issues but otherwise complete less the air scoops. Need some love, I had plans to restore this bike but other things have come up. Have not started the bike in a year and a half due to electrical issue, had spark for a couple cycles yesterday. Believe either the cdi or trigger coil is faulty, source coil is making enough voltage. Have not had time to dig into it any further. All new bearings in transmission and new clutch. I have a picture of the kicker side case as I had a bronze bushing installed. The case hole was worn out and caused some stress cracks on the RT side crankcase half, sealed stress cracks, bushing holds kicker shaft straight so damage will not continue. Installed Keihin pwk 39mm as the carb that was on this bike was not correct and the pwk improves performance and starting. Any other questions feel free to ask.
