NO RESERVE! 1972 DODGE RALLYE CHARGER CLONE PROJECT. Has the desirable sport roof option with swept back belt line, just like the RT and Rallye Chargers. This car has been undergoing a 10 year restoration, and needs to be completed. Nearly everything you need to complete the car is here except the engine. The previous owner had bought a crate motor but sold it separately. All body work is finished, and the jams and engine compartment have been cut in. A few dings caused by garage mishaps are present but are easy fixes. NO RUST! Car has an 8 3/4 rear with a 3.23 gear set and comes with a stock, rust free hood which is not pictured. Interior has been 80 percent restored including new upholstery, $600 dollar Just Dashes dash pad, restored gauge cluster, AM/FM radio, new carpet and new headliner which is installed but needs final adjustments. The original door panels are in amazing condition overall but will need to be dyed if you want to change the color to black. The Transmission was rebuilt shortly before the car was taken off the road and the bumpers have been rechromed and partially reassembled. I found a $650 dollar receipt for the bumpers alone. The stainless trim is all there, and also in amazing condition. I did a quick inspection and couldn't find any dents. The aluminum wheel lip molding is in driver condition, and two pieces are missing. Window glass and hardware are installed and operate smoothly. Please look carefully at all of the pictures. There are a few boxes with misc parts like trim, brackets, trans cross member, motor mounts, etc. Everything that goes with the car is pictured. What you see is what you get. I can mount the bumpers and valances, and put the trans in the trunk for shipping. A lot of time and money has been put into this project already, but needs to go to good home. This is a "NO RESERVE" auction so bid to own. The parts alone are worth twice of what I'm asking. Please note that the car is for sale locally and I reserve to end the auction early. The car is available for inspection anytime during the auction but once the auction is over, the high bidder will be contractually obligated to purchase the car.
