This is a West Coast Cobra that I purchased several years ago. It has a 454 HO crate motor and automatic transmission. This model was designed to fit actual adult sized people, which makes it a lot of fun to drive! It is 6" longer and 4" wider than the original Cobra to give enough room in the cockpit for people who are over 5'8" tall or over 160 lbs. The longer wheelbase and wider track also greatly increases the stability, handling at any speed, comfort of the ride, and the feeling of security. Also, these Cobras are not only fun, but safe to drive! The frame for these cars were constructed of Tig welded aircraft quality components and designed with two built in crumple zones and side bars in the doors. It also has a 2 1/2" roll bar welded to the frame. The seats were recently reupholstered with plush BMW leather and all of the padding was also replaced. It also had a new rack and new battery installed in the past six months. I have a scanned copy of the original build book (several hundred pages) as well as some marketing materials that I came across that is shown in the pictures. A few blemishes as shown in the pictures are: some paint chipping on the body just below the hood and a spiderweb crack in the paint on the rear of the car near the right roll bar. Also, there is a crack in the lower right corner of the windscreen. LOW RESERVE! Happy bidding!
