This 1969 R69US is nearly all there and just came out of hibernation. If you prefer the original look, this would be a great bike to go though mechanically and ride it as-is.� This bike was kept for nearly 40 years by the previous owner and in storage for the last 20 years. A great example of the final year of the /2 era.� The bike kicks over nicely and rolls freely. The steering head bearings are notchy and need replaced. We did have this bike running briefly off of a small amount of fuel we put in the carbs. It is recommended the motor be completely gone though before running and riding it often.� This bike is nearly complete, just missing a few small bits. �The inside of the fuel tank is in excellent shape as it was stored properly. The remainder is due within 3 days of auction end. We accept: CASH IN PERSON, Bank Certified/Cashier's check or Bank-to-Bank transfer for full payment. Official bank check acceptable upon review. PayPal is not accepted for full payment (only for the $1000.00 non-refundable deposit). There is a $179.00 documentation fee. Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.
