COSWORTH POWERED 1987 Mercedes Benz 190 2.3-16 A Factory race car is what these cars are. This purpose-built car was to be lightweight and fast. Designed specifically to be raced on the rally car circuit. Taking Mercedes lightest chassis and adding a Cosworth powered motor. An extremely lightweight 4-cylinder engine in racing trim around 340 horsepower. This particular model left the factory at just under 200 horsepower. * the engine and transmission are working extremely well. - Starts right up every time cold or warm. -:Runs at nice cool temperatures all day. - Shifts through the gears with no problems. - New, plugs, wires, cap, rotor Hi everyone. Here are some important facts: * DASH is cracked but a replacement will be included which is in perfect shape. * PAINT is very thin on HOOD and ROOF. Will need to paint TRUNK LID and SPOILER. * There is a NOISE which sounds like the Speedometer cable rubbing as it spins but have not taken a closer look. * AIR CONDITIONER and SUNROOF are not working and have not been looked at, so expect the worst. * BRAKES work great, but have not been * Title is mileage exempt, which can be for many reasons. It's got a clear title from Texas. DMV told me that can used to protect the buyer from odometer rollback. Keep in mind odometer is not working.
