96 Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE 1997 Ford F250 long bed 5.8L V8 EFI. Regular Cab Pickup with excellent condition 8 foot Meyers plow. The truck runs very strong and the engine is perfect with only 35,000 ORIGINAL MILES (that is not a typo, it had 11,000 miles when I bought it). The AC blows ice cold and the truck has brand new tires, brand new radiator and many new parts. The oil, filter and other routine maintenance was always done on schedule. No accidents and the body and interior are in very good shape, except for the front bumper which needs to be replaced (about $180 on line LMC Truck) less if you go to a used auto parts yard. The plow is kept inside my garage, was serviced every year and it has a brand new, never used motor. Since i've owned the truck (about 8 years) I only used it to plow my driveway, never commercially. This is a BIG, STRONG truck so it is not so great on gas mileage (about 11 MPG and that is the main reason I am selling it) but it has dual fuel tanks. Like most Ford Trucks of its' year the undercarriage has extensive rust, but the frame is solid. I've always kept up with things such as the brake lines, cooling lines, etc. But I'm sure as time goes on other things will rust out and need to be fixed. The exhaust system from the headers back was replaced a few years ago but there is a minor hole in the right exhaust manifold (which I've simply lived with for 2 years).
