2000 Police Interceptor Ford Crown Victoria. Needs work. Selling as parts, project, or for repair Engine won't turn over, not even with a jump. Maybe the starter locking up the engine, maybe the engine needs replaced. I don't know. One owner, state owned. Purchased it from the state and found out it won't turn over. I don't have the time to mess with it. Needs towed or trailered. Body and interior is in good shape. Rear view mirror needs to be reinstalled. Spot light works, but hard to move. Only body rust is above front fenders as shown. Decent car if it ran. Clear title in my name.
