The 300S commands a $3,000 price bump over the “Limited” model, but the visual upgrades are well worth it. A blacked-out front and rear fascia, 20-inch cast aluminum wheels, LED fog lamps, sculpted side sills and a decklid spoiler transform this livery-looking sedan into a big, mean bruiser with the click of a mouse. Inside, the 300S is no different story, with a well-appointed, spacious interior that reflects the calm cool of the exterior. Leather seats and steering wheel, power driver and passenger seats, an 8.4-inch UConnect touchscreen, accent LEDs in the cup holders and door handles, and dual-zone climate control give you almost everything you need from a modern car as standard. But despite all of those goodies, one of the best feature of the interior is the effortlessly awesome leather seats, which transform the car from just another silver sedan to a retro-cool cruiser. Embroidered with the “S” logo in the front, these thrones are supremely comfortable for passengers of all shapes and sizes.To further differentiate the 300S from its stablemates it gets body color trim, a trick grille with tiny Chrysler emblems, a slightly louder exhaust, and increased damping with a more sport-oriented tune. There are two sport modes which, confusingly, don't do the same thing. At the rotary gearshifter, you'll get the sport-tuned engine/trans calibration and if you select paddles they're going to stay manual until you interact and ask it to go back to an automatic mode. If you select Sport on the button near the wheel you'll get all of that, but you'll also get sport steering (effort) and paddles will remain temporary. The paddles are a nice touch and, while you probably won't end up using them often, they will hold a gear if you ask them to without suddenly overriding. Gearheads, it seems, still work at Chrysler.With only 22k miles, it's still under factory warranty! Everything works just like it should. The body is in great shape as is the interior plus there are no odors. We ran over something that cut the sidewalls on two of the tires so we went ahead & installed a brand new matching set so all the tread would be even. It's 100% ready to go.
