2012 Cadillac SRX - Performance Thank you for looking at my listing. I am selling my Cadillac SRX 2012. Please note that this is a high end PERFORMANCE edition and not a standard SRX. It sits above Base and Luxury editions in the SRX line-up. It comes with a lot of optional equipment that was not included other editions. Such options include Xenon lights, rear view camera, upgraded 20" wheels, navigation, heated seats, heated steering wheel, remote start and many other options. Original price of the vehicle was $46,445.00. Please see the pictures on top of the listing to see original factory invoice for additional info. The vehicle has been well taken care of and I was the only owner. As a 2012 Cadillac, the car came with free maintenance from the dealer within the first 4 years, so all maintenance has been done properly by the dealer. The car has never been involved in any type of an auto accident. I have never had any issues with the car. It has been extremely reliable. The only reason we are selling it is because we need a larger vehicle for our growing family. The car comes with compact spare tire kit (which has never been used), both keys and original manuals. Mechanical: overall condition is excellent. all maintenance was done by Cadillac dealership. Last service was done back in November 2016 when the car was still under full warranty. I asked the dealer to perform a full check of the vehicle before the warranty expired. the dealer did not find ANY issues with the vehicle that needed attention. Battery was still strong as well. the car still has 44% oil life left until next service. I am not aware of any mechanical issues with the car. It drives great as it did when it was brand new. The car is still covered by limited powertrain transferable warranty for your piece of mind. Exterior: overall condition is good. please note that this is a used car. there are minor blemishes, scuffs as expected from a used car, but nothing really needs work. there are minor, but noticeable scuffs on top of the rear bumper, most likely from us taking out the stroller from the trunk. hopefully, they can be buffed out. I have not really tried Interior: overall condition is good. there are no stains or scratches. leather seats are in very good shape with no cracks of any kind. please note that there are minor sand grains stuck in the tiny holes of the perforated leather seats from us taking this car to the beach. I was told that the sand can be removed by any auto detailing shop Wheels: overall condition is good. original OEM wheels were painted black at a professional body shop. there was some road rash on wheels, but I touched up all the scratches with black wheel paint Tires: overall condition is good / very good. I replaced one set of tires about 7,000-10,000 miles ago, so most of the tire tread is still there. second set of brand new tires was installed about 4,000 miles ago. I paid roughly $412 per set. That's one less thing to worry about. The car doesn't need anything except for new owner. The vehicle was described to the best of my knowledge. However, pre-sale inspections are welcome! I will be happy to take the car to a local Cadillac dealership for a pre-sale inspection. The cost of the inspection is responsibility of the buyer.
