This 1996 Mazda Miata MX-5 is a great example of an adult owned well taken care of roadster. The Car is super clean with absolutely no rust. The underneath of the car is just as clean as the top side. This Miata was built as a special edition (see vin tag picture). It includes a powerful 1.8 Liter 4 Cylinder motor couple to a 5 speed manual transmission power steering and air conditioning which are rare options for a Miata. The interior is in great condition with no rips or cracks. Even the original floor mats are still in great condition. Brand new all season tires are mounted to 14 inch Z racing rims. All the fluids are checked and ready for summer. This Miata will pass any state inspection. The top is in great condition and also includes the convertible top boot. The paint is original and shines beautifully! The car was just professionally buffed and looks great. The graphic on the side of the car is vinyl and can be removed if you don’t like it. This Miata also has a pioneer 6 disc CD changer installed and a 300 WATT Amplifier. The car currently has just under 60,000 miles and is ready for many more this summer! Vehicle specifics: Exterior- The black paint is original and is in super condition. There is a small dent on the driver and passenger side quarter panel near the tail lights which I tried to pick up on camera. They not very noticeable but I want to make sure you know everything about the car as a bidder. I have tried many different angles but cannot get therm to show up on camera. That's how difficult they are to find but I know they are present. There are also two small holes in the bottom of the front bumper where someone had put screws if you need a front license plate. If your state does not require a front plate they can be filled in with small plastic plugs or leave them as is because they are so low to the ground you really don't see them. The glass is in perfect condition. Even the rear window on the convertible top shows very little wear. The headlights tail lights marker lights are all in great shape and all work. The rims are in perfect condition and they are wrapped with brand new all season tires that make this a joy to drive on any road surface with little road noise. The convertible top is in brand new condition and has a nice shine to it. The underneath of the car is in great condition. the pictures show how solid the inner construction is and how solid the floors are with no rust. The original undercoating is still present on the floors. All the brake and fuel lines are in perfect condition too. Interior- The cockpit of this 1996 Miata is in A-1 condition. No rips or tears in the seats no cracked plastic. The shifter boot is in great shape and the cup holders are in the center console. All of the controls for the wipers lights and hvac system are in great shape with no wear visible The carpet is in perfect shape and the Miata floor mats are in very good condition. The control for the 6 disc CD changer is attached to the center stack console with a thin piece of Velcro and can be moved to a different location if desired. The seats move and recline flawlessly and the windows roll up and down smooth. The weatherstripping is in great condition and there is virtually no wind noise. The Convertible top boot is in great condition and snaps with no troubles. Even the spare tire has the original cover and the jack along with the lug wrench cover is with the car. The radio works great and features the pioneer 6 disc cd changer. The 300 watt AMP really livens up the music experience. Engine and drivetrain- This powerful 1.8 Liter was recently tuned up and is ready for the road. It has great response and needs absolutely nothing. The oil has been changed and the other fluids are topped off. Even the air filter is good. The 5 speed manual transmission shifts very smooth and is very tight. The universal joints are also in good condition. Ball joints, tie rod ends and struts all tight and perform excellent. The air conditioning blows cold and works on all levels. The heat also blows very warm. All belts, hoses and wires in great condition. The brakes and rotors are in great condition with very little wear. The Exhaust is original and is in great condition with no leaks. All heat shields are also present. This vehicle was always stored in dry storage and it shows.
