I lowered the reserve to sell this truck. I don't have the time or room for this car so it has to be sold. I picked this up intending to restore it but bought a Miata so I have no time to to work on this car. This is a matching numbers Cailfornia car. Great platform for restoration or to modify. No rust in the fenders, rockers or floors. There are two small spots of rust in the corner of the truck bed where water probably accumulated. 1.7 gas engine 4 speed transmission. Air conditioned car but it didn't work when I bought it and haven't had time to have it checked. The car runs and shifts fine. All new brakes (wheel cylinders, calipers, pads, springs, etc.), new front suspension bushings, ball joints, new lower control arms and bushings. The car was lowered with new Raceland Coilovers in the front and lowering plates in the back. The body is straight, no accidents, just minor door dings. The original tailgate wouldn't open so I had to cut two holes on the inside to release the latch. I have the original tailgate. New windshield and back glass with new rubber on both. This is the original paint that is faded. The previous owner had a camper shell and when he removed it it left holes on top of the bed so I had those holes welded and there is a skim coat of bondo that can be seen in the photos that I haven't had time to fully sand down and paint. I took the carpet out to check floors and these are solid floors. The interior is original but it will need new seat covers and carpet. The passenger door panel is in very good shape but the drivers side isn't holding to the door on the lower rear corner. The dash is cracked. Gauges work. After market radio works. Located in the Los Angeles area. The car will also be listed in the local classified and may sell before the auction ends so I reserve the right to pull the auction if it sells locally.
