Up for sale i have my 2002 jeep wrangler, first off let me say this is a PROJECT JEEP meaning it is not ready to drive everyday etc. It is currently set up for rock climbing by previous owner. has misc rock krawler suspension, billstien shocks and adjustable sway bar links.Also has a disc brake rear swap. kmc bead lock wheels, spicer drive shafts. (wheels arent perfect do show signs of corrosion) tires have decent tred but ride horrible on pavement. jeep also has a heavy duty armored shield that goes on below it, just off to take pictures. The top was recently replaced should only be a year old. doesnt appear to have any rips or tears that i can see. the plastic on top the drivers door sill has a crack. to be honest i have no idea what this thing has installed on it other than me looking underneath and seeing it for myself. so I tried taking many pictures as possible to do it justice. I currently took this project on to do a v8 swap because the little 4 cylinder it has just doesnt make sense to me. its gutless, slow etc. but it does start and run and milage is true to the motor and jeep. the jeep does run and drive, it appears to have an exhaust leak at the manifold or header joint. I never really looked into the issue. I do know looking underneath the exhaust has seen better days and looks pushed up to the oil pan. I can tell you the previous owner just did a tune up, new plugs wires cap and rotor, and oil change. When i went to go drive the jeep it felt like the torque converter was slipping or it might of even was the trans but after driving i no longer felt it. Mainly when taking off. Like i said i dont care for the power train in this vehicle I would assume you buy this just looking at is as a roller because of the crappy power train. The transfer case and all works, the 4wd works. the cruise control doesnt work but appears to be all there just not hooked up. It has a new water pump thermostat, radiator and water outlet installed. Vehicle doesnt over heat from when it was running in the driveway. It does have a power steering drip looks to be coming from the return hose. Never really persued it just put fluid in it and it works. other than the power steering leak it is dry underneath from what i can see.jeep has had ac removed. Jeep has a new after market intake on it and recent battery. Previous owner also said the fuel tank had a puncture from the rock climbing and they used a sealer on it? I have never actually filled it up but i put a couple gallons in with no leaks or fumes.Jeep also does have some body dings, passenger front fender has paint rubbed off and is bent in a little bit, tail lights have minor tiny cracks and driver rear above the wheel has a couple dents in. Jeep is also set up with proportioning brake system for the rock climbing and all of that seems to work great. on the interior of the jeep you got your typical wear and tear from 4 wheeling. It has a aftermarket head unit with decent speakers and a kicker subwoofer under the back seat. Works great just needs the audio cable replaced that goes from the head unit to amp, i will throw in a brand new one. on the interior the fan control knob is broken and the gear selector knob is broken but the button feature still works. I dont see any rust on the floor pans or frame. Jeep will come with a manual transmission and flywheel and hardware. transmission has 90k on it. transmission worked and shifted great before removal previous owner stated. I will also include a matching transfer case but the output shaft bearing is defective. All in all this is a decent sound PROJECT JEEP, im listing everything honestly as possible and to my knowledge of the vehicle. i can take more pictures or videos upon request.
