This is a cool highly reliable car, get in crank up the AC and drive coast to coastCar started as a fairly solid car, so l thought. The plan was to restore it to original but add disc brakes and a 1275 engine. I started the tear down and got to the front suspension and it fell off in my hands, the frame was so rusty that it was holding together by the grace of God, so l decided to make some frame rails and bolt up the original suspension with the disc brake, well it was not cooperating so l said well and got a Fatmans mustang two front clip tubular A arms with 11 " disc brakes, then the track was too wide, so l flared the fenders out 3" on either side, now the rear was too narrow so l got a Explorer 8.8 w/ discs and then l had to do the rear fenders 3" as well, then l decided to install a Ford Ranger 2.5 liter 4 cyl and an AOD and now the firewall was in the way, so out came the plasma cutter and off it went as well as the Swiss cheese floors, yes the had termites, all the metal fab was done in steel, 20 gauge for the fenders and 16 for firewall and floors, since the engine was obd ll and FI l had to make a gas tank, in went an 18 gallon jeep tank, then l decided that it would be cool to have the Ranger instrument cluster so l fabbed a dash along with the Ranger wire harness, all wires are soldered and shrunk wrapped, then comes the leather interior and the AC. Since lm 6'1" the inside is a little cramped because of the engine location, Minors were never big and the guys in the 50s smaller so l think lm ready for another adventure, a 56 Chevy is now on my sights and the wife says l got to sell one car if l want anotherWell here it is, a real nice reliable car that looks great turns heads down the road and gathers a crowd at shows , at 10 feet looks great but once you get close you see my painting abilities are quite not anywhere near my metal working, the glass is good and original, all rubber seals installed, Honda Accord wheels and 205 tiresI described it as best l could, l don't like to be bamboozled by fast guys on this site so l have been pretty honestThis is not an auction and it is a final sale. Inspections and questions should happen before you buy, I'm only asking for a fraction of what l spent so my loss is your gain, l constantly see Minors listed here for twice as much.I encourage interested parties to contact me BEFORE bidding/purchasingI have tons of pictures of the complete buildThanks for looking
