What engine does it have and how many miles are on it? Besides the interior does it need any other work to bea daily driver? Has it been rewired and do the electronics, lights, signals, gauges, meters, instruments and controls work? Answer: Since the car is registered as a 1952 vehicle, it does not have to have turn signals, so thereare no working turn signals. The horn, high beam indicator, and gauges work (temperature, volt meter and oil pressure). The speedometer needs a cable, but we would be willing to install one if necessary. The headlights, tail lights, and brakes lights all work.It would need electric wipers. There is no power steering, but it could easily be turned in to a daily driver. The car only needs a few finishing touches. We did not build the car. We have only done cosmetic work after buying it. As far as the mileage goes, all we can tell you is that it has 07,000 miles on the odometer. Being that it is a 1988 chassis, I would assume that is 107,000 miles. Since we didn't build the car, I don't have the exact details. The engine is a small block, fuel injected GM motor. We aren't positive if it is a 305 or 350 cubic inch block. Since we have had the car, we have only driven it locally. The car runs great the few miles we have driven it and the handful of times we drove it down the highway. You would need to install glass in the doors. There are no exterior door handles, so I would also recommend remote door locks/actuators. Alright everybody, hopefully the third time is the charm. If you have noticed this posting before, it's because the person who originally 'bought' this car flaked out on us. Then created a new account during the relisting and 'bought' it again. Both times the buyer has completely flaked out and won't even reply to us. This is your final chance. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. I am typically very quick to reply. ***Update: The speedometer cable has been replaced and the speedometer is working.
