That being said, we will provide a bill of sales and include all of the pertinent information and have this notarized as well. If you would like the previous owners signature we can do this as well but it would be unnecessary. In Georgia the lost title form can be filled out back to a 1981 vehicle through the DMV. Unfortunately this cant be done for a 1948 vehicle.
