Vehicle Detail

PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION AND LOOK AT ALL PICTURES BEFORE PURCHASING OR SUBMITTING OFFER. THANKS! If you are looking for an insanely cool driver, for a super low price, this is the car for you! For the asking price, you can pick this baby up for the price of a modern used V6 Mustang or a nice used KIA. You could buy 4 of these for the price of 1 real Boss 302. Heck, if you have a real Competition Yellow Boss 302, buy this and beat the snot out of it, so you don’t have to cash out your 401K to fix a door ding in the real one. I’ve never understood why the “professionals” call the high dollar cars “investment grade”; wear from casual use kills their value. You can ACTUALLY drive and enjoy this car. Classic car insurance is around $100 a year, and it’s $50/yr to license; what’s not to love?!? -BODY/TRIM/GLASS – This car is an older amateur restoration, and it shows. The Competition Yellow paint is still shiny, but… It has MANY MANY paint chips and scratches that were touched up. Car has VERY VERY wavy bodywork/dents. I tried showing the waviness and dents the best I could, but the color really hides them in the sunlight (a big plus when you DON’T want the bad bodywork to be evident, after you buy it). Although the bodywork is wavy, it seems to be holding together great! From a quick in the trunk, I noticed partial rear quarters were put on when it was last painted. Floor patch pans were put in as well. Has front & rear spoilers, window louvers, shaker hood. All glass good but scratches are present; windshield has a small chip on the lower passenger side. Trim is all there; some is scratchy/foggy due to the age. Front headlight bucket trim and hood trim have dents. Rear bumper has 2 dents. Front bumper is new. -INTERIOR- New seats and carpet. New full OEM style dash. New CD Player with AUX connection. New front seat belts. -DRIVETRAIN- 351W engine, with 10,000-ish miles. New stainless steel 2.5” dual exhaust with Magnaflow mufflers and Pypes X pipe, new headers. C4 transmission, 6,000-ish miles on rebuild. 9” rear end with 2.75 ratio. Yes, that is a tall gear, but the car has plenty of get-up-an-go, and easily breaks the tires loose. It’s a great cruising gear! New starter on 6/24/17. -ELECTRICAL– Headlights, taillights, turn signals, dash lights, license plate lights, and courtesy lights all work. Horn works. All gauges work, minus the temp gauge (I’m working on fixing that after I get this ad up, will update ad after it is repaired). -WHEELS/SUSPENSION/BRAKES- New 15X7 and 15X8 Magnum 500 wheels with new caps and new lugnuts. Tires are nearly new, but have some uneven wear on the front insides because I drove the car a bit before getting aligned. It was aligned on 6/26/17 and is now good to go! Rear air shocks that hold air well. Brakes were just adjusted and bled, and function as they should. Car runs down the road nice and straight, and is easy to drive, unlike a lot of musclecars. Email or call with questions. I have sold 3 classic cars on Ebay over the years with no problems. I welcome international buyers and will patiently work with you while you arrange transportation. I will need the full payment within a week of the auction’s end, but I can keep the car as long as needed in my dry storage building while you arrange shipping (I realize it can take a few weeks). Also, if you chose to pay with ANY type of check, the car will NOT leave my yard until it clears. I prefer an Electronic Funds Transfer or cash. $500 non-refundable deposit due within 48 hours of purchase, or I will cancel the sale and relist. The car is sold as-is, where-is, no warranty. I will work with the winning bidder to help arrange shipping, but I will not help pay for it. I hope it goes to a good home, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I have! Thanks!
