I wanted to find an untouched, unscathed uncorrected version of my first pickup. This bad ass little Short Wheel Base is dressed in the Original Factory OEM paint with zero Re-Sprays or Touch Ups minus the front bridge of the hood.At the time of fixing the hood I decided to add a 2 Stage Clear Coar throughout the truck to bring the factory paint back to life. I wanted to keep the deep beautiful patina of OEM pint while enhancing it with something that wasn't offered in 1984.This work was done by EXTREME CUSTOMS owner Miguel Alvarez. He runs a highly reputable shop that specializes in late model restoration. The outcome of the vision I had pictured for this truck turned out breathtaking. I have personally never seen a better example of Factory OEM paint in the square body category anywhere at auction or in a classic car dealer galleries anywhere across the nation. The interior of this Monster is suited with every option that Chevrolet had to offer back in 84'. It has power windows, power locks, titling steering wheel, titling bench seat. Every component inside of the Cab works as if the truck rolled off the assembly line yesterday. You will not find another comparable truck in this category as well. Everything is Crisp. The truck has a blue printed 383 stroker with less than 4,000 miles on it. The motor was purchased less that a year ago for a little over $5,000. The motor is equipped with an Edelbrock Intake and Edelbrock Electric Choke Carburetor. The sound of this truck is FEROCIOUS! The Mother Thumper Competition Cam coming out of the Flow Master Exhaust will leave young children trembling! The healthy sound of an old small block Chevy RUMBLE is simply irreplaceable.
