Vehicle Description These vehicles are primarily New Car Trades acquired by Trade Zone Auto Sales in Hampton, NJ, 08827. All vehicles will show a FULL CarFax Report. This 2013 Dodge Dart RallyE Edition 6 speed manual has 65K miles on the odometer and a Clean Carfax Report with no accidents. There are... no warning lights on the dashboard whatsoever. I test drove this vehicle for over 60 miles and it performed really nicely. It has a solid battery and starts up everytime without any issues. The motor sounds great and the exhaust is quiet. The transmission shifts smoothly throughout all gears which I demonstrate during the youtube video and the clutch feels great. The wheel alignment is straight and the wheel does not pull to one side or the other while driving whatsoever. The suspension feels great and does not make any odd noises or sounds whatsoever while going over bumps or making wide turns. The brakes are very effective and safe which I demonstrate during the test drive video several times. All of the interior/exterior lights and signals are working including the fog lights. The interior features: Power Windows, Power Locks, Power Mirrors, Heated Mirrors, Steering Wheel Controls, Cruise Control, AC / Heat, 6 Disk In Dash CD Player, Am/Fm Radio, LCD DISPLAY, NAVIGATION, REAR BACKUP CAMERA and much more...ALL of which is working. The interior is in good overall shape considering the year and mileage on the vehicle. The seats and carpets are in good overall shape as you can see in the pictures/video. This was a NON SMOKER car, there is no smoke smell whatsoever and no burn holes anywhere in the car. The exterior is in great shape. There is no rust on the body. The paint looks fantastic and has a nice deep shine to it. The body panels look fantastic, there are very few if any dings on the body and a couple very small paint blemishes. The alloy wheels look good overall. There is a couple little chips in the outer part of a couple of the wheels which I show close ups in the pictures and video footage. The rest of them look great as you can see in the pictures. The tires are all matching and have a great deal of treadlife remaining as you can see in the pictures. We often use these services to check a vehicles background. Carfax and Autocheck are wonderful services, but they have their limitations. Many times they will show more “owners” than we may state a vehicle has had. This is because they are an information service only. They have never seen the car, owned the car, and have no other information about the car than what is reported from different agencies. All of this information is originally hand entered into their databases at their source and mistakes and inconsistencies will occur! For example when a dealer such as ourselves purchases a vehicle they may pick it up as a new owner when this is of course not the case as dealers are not end users. Also they often contain mileage errors are inconsistencies that appear to make little sense. Just like any computer generated information report you need to know how to read the report & when to read between the lines. Having seen thousands of these over the years we can help you understand the information listed in these reports, just ask. Can You Explain Your As-Is Warranty Policy? Also repairs are more common on say a 10 year old model car as opposed to a 2 or 3 year old model car since they cost significantly less than a newer car. Obviously the older the car the more possible this is of happening. What you have just read is basically common sense, but there are some people who don’t understand this so this is why we have spelled it out in plain English. Can I Test Drive And Inspect The Vehicle? YES! We 100% encourage all bidders to come see, test drive and inspect the vehicle BEFORE they place a bid and before the auction ends. Prospective bidders are always welcome to come view or arrange on site inspections of the vehicle they are interested in BEFORE the close of the auction. Once the auction has ended the vehicle is now considered sold and we do not permit any post sales inspections at that point. Of course if you are the winner of the auction you are always welcome to look over the car, test drive it, and make sure you are happy with it before taking delivery. Will You End Auctions Early? We reserve the right to end any auction early should we deem it necessary. Many of our vehicles are for sale locally at our dealership and we reserve the right to sell vehicles that are listed. Occasionally, but very rarely we have to end an auction early because we made an error in the vehicles options, description, warranty, or have a title issue. Also any bid retractions within the last half of the remainder of the auction are subject to be ended early at our discretion. We further reserve the right to refuse the sale of any vehicle to any bidder or buyer at our discretion should we deem it necessary. How Do I Pay For The Vehicle? The balance of the purchase price MUST be paid for by cash in person, cashiers check (like you would get from most banks & credit unions), or bank wire transfer. We will accept credit cards however you must call us for more information. We do not accept personal checks, paypal, drafts, escrow services, or any other form of payment that is not expressly listed above. We work very hard to make the process go smoothly and quickly so just let us know upfront if you have any special needs so we can help out. If you arrive to pick up your vehicle and do not have an acceptable form of payment you will be denied delivery of the vehicle. This means you will have to go home without the vehicle or stay overnight in New Jersey until acceptable payment is received. Please do not let this happen to you, just follow our simple rules for payment to ensure a smooth delivery of your vehicle. These are the only forms of payment that we accept, so if they are not acceptable to you then please do n0t bid. Final payment must be made within 7 days of the close of the auction. There are no refunds or cancellations once payment has been made as all sales are final on all eBay related transactions. What About The Deposit? We require that a deposit be made to secure the transaction by the end of the next business day on each vehicle purchased. This means that if you win the auction for any given vehicle at 6:30 PM on a Monday night then the $500 deposit is due by 6:30PM the following night (Tuesday) . Each vehicle requires a $500 deposit. The deposit is to be made via PayPal only. If you do not have a PayPal account we will be happy work with you depending on each buyers unique situation. Should any buyer fail to make this deposit or to make other arrangements within the 24 hour period we reserve the right to offer or sell the vehicle to another bidder or buyer as we deem necessary. Also should the buyer fail to make this dep0sit or make other arrangements within 24 hours we reserve the right to cancel the transaction. If a buyer pays the dep0sit, but does not complete the transaction for any other reason, then the dep0sit is not refundable and becomes the property of Trade Zone. Are There Any Additional Fees? We charge a $195 Dealership Fee which pays for the representative who test drives and lists the vehicle, operating and listing costs, title and mailing costs, and detail services. Dealers are NOT exempt from this fee. No exceptions. We are required to collect appropriate sales tax for New Jersey residents. There is a nominal fee for a temporary tag as well. Call us for details. Do You Take Trade-Ins? We do not accept trade ins on our auction sales due to the limitations of the auction process. How About Shipping? We do not arrange shipping for any of our vehicles. Vehicle shipping is the responsibility of the buyer of the vehicle. You are welcome to use any transporter you choose to come pick up the vehicle from our dealership. If you do not have a transporter we may be able to suggest one for you. We do not take vehicles to shipping terminals or shipping ports. All vehicles must be picked up at the dealership during regular business hours Monday - Saturday. Pricing and delivery times are between you and your shipper. Average shipping time is 5 - 15 days depending on many different factors. What I Exceed The 7 Day Period? We have limited space at both of our dealerships and should the buyer not contact us to make prior arrangements of a late pickup we DO charge storage fees of $25 per day. Do I Need lnsurance? In order for us to issue you a temporary tag we will need proof of lnsurance (Policy # and Issuer Name). lnsurance is required by the buyer once the vehicle is paid in full. Lastly But Most Importantly By bidding on the above vehicle or by purchasing the above vehicle, bidder / buyer acknowledges all eBay rules and the rules and regulations as stated in this listing by Trade Zone Auto Sales. We further reserve the right to refuse the sale of any vehicle to any bidder or buyer at our discretion should we deem it necessary. How Do I Pay For The Vehicle? The balance of the purchase price MUST be paid for by cash in person, cashiers check (like you would get from most banks & credit unions), or bank wire transfer. We will accept credit cards however you must call us for more information. We do not accept personal checks, paypal, drafts, escrow services, or any other form of payment that is not expressly listed above. We work very hard to make the process go smoothly and quickly so just let us know upfront if you have any special needs so we can help out. If you arrive to pick up your vehicle and do not have an acceptable form of payment you will be denied delivery of the vehicle. This means you will have to go home without the vehicle or stay overnight in New Jersey until acceptable payment is received. Please do not let this happen to you, just follow our simple rules for payment to ensure a smooth delivery of your vehicle. These are the only forms of payment that we accept, so if they are not acceptable to you then please do n0t bid. Final payment must be made within 7 days of the close of the auction. There are no refunds or cancellations once payment has been made as all sales are final on all eBay related transactions. What About The Deposit? We require that a deposit be made to secure the transaction by the end of the next business day on each vehicle purchased. This means that if you win the auction for any given vehicle at 6:30 PM on a Monday night then the $500 deposit is due by 6:30PM the following night (Tuesday) . Each vehicle requires a $500 deposit. The deposit is to be made via PayPal only. If you do not have a PayPal account we will be happy work with you depending on each buyers unique situation. Should any buyer fail to make this deposit or to make other arrangements within the 24 hour period we reserve the right to offer or sell the vehicle to another bidder or buyer as we deem necessary. Also should the buyer fail to make this dep0sit or make other arrangements within 24 hours we reserve the right to cancel the transaction. If a buyer pays the dep0sit, but does not complete the transaction for any other reason, then the dep0sit is not refundable and becomes the property of Trade Zone. Are There Any Additional Fees? We charge a $195 Dealership Fee which pays for the representative who test drives and lists the vehicle, operating and listing costs, title and mailing costs, and detail services. Dealers are NOT exempt from this fee. No exceptions. We are required to collect appropriate sales tax for New Jersey residents. There is a nominal fee for a temporary tag as well. Call us for details. Do You Take Trade-Ins? We do not accept trade ins on our auction sales due to the limitations of the auction process. How About Shipping? We do not arrange shipping for any of our vehicles. Vehicle shipping is the responsibility of the buyer of the vehicle. You are welcome to use any transporter you choose to come pick up the vehicle from our dealership. If you do not have a transporter we may be able to suggest one for you. We do not take vehicles to shipping terminals or shipping ports. All vehicles must be picked up at the dealership during regular business hours Monday - Saturday. Pricing and delivery times are between you and your shipper. Average shipping time is 5 - 15 days depending on many different factors. What I Exceed The 7 Day Period? We have limited space at both of our dealerships and should the buyer not contact us to make prior arrangements of a late pickup we DO charge storage fees of $25 per day. Do I Need lnsurance? In order for us to issue you a temporary tag we will need proof of lnsurance (Policy # and Issuer Name). lnsurance is required by the buyer once the vehicle is paid in full. Lastly But Most Importantly By bidding on the above vehicle or by purchasing the above vehicle, bidder / buyer acknowledges all eBay rules and the rules and regulations as stated in this listing by Trade Zone Auto Sales. With All of that said, We are very fair and honest and full disclosure of known issues is our full intention. We are not looking to mislead anyone. We operate on very little profit since these vehicles are sold at a Wholesale Price often times thousands below what a retail dealership or KBB would value the car for, so were not looking for problems while making a modest return on a cheap car. Our Listings include far more information than the typical Ebay Motors Auction - Every listing we create has over 80 pictures, an In-Depth Video which shows the vehicles being driven and described and a hand written description - No three word phrases. We road test and note any obvious defects or noises in the listing and video as best we can. Our listing representatives have been test driving cars for the better part of five years - so they are pretty good at pointing out obvious issues. Things that cannot be heard, seen, or felt by our listing agent is not our responsibility. If we make repairs to a vehicle prior to listing it we will note that in our listing. If there is a repair that needs to be made to a car you are purchasing please do not assume we "knew" about it. These cars are in many cases around a decade old and we do not have the wear items checked by a mechanic (brake pads, rotors, etc.) If you do not want to pay for repairs - inspect the car before bidding or have a 3rd Party make sure the car you purchase will pass your states inspection - which we do not guarantee - In New Jersey we test for emissions ONLY! We operate on very minimal profit on these vehicles and we do not want anyone to be unhappy - But understand that we are NOT mechanics and this is NOT a certified pre owned vehicle. Please read our feedback as most everyone has been satisfied - Most of our buyers are prepared to buy a used car - We encourage buyers to leave us good feedback and we will happily do the same! Please - If you are having the vehicle shipped and you do not come to inspect the vehicle prior to bidding do not expect a new car to arrive. It may be new to you, but its still a used car and anything can go wrong while the car is being transported. Negative reviews from buyers who do not take the due diligence to have the vehicle inspected by a 3rd party prior to bidding in order to satisfy themselves with the car they bid on, purchase, and ship half way accross the country hold very little merit and can be easily disputed in our defense. Repairs are to be expected, especially if you want your used car to be like new.
