The good, the bad and the ugly... The good... We're the 3rd owner and it has a clean CARFAX with no accidents. We've put about $4,000 in suspension and other mechanical work over the last 2 years (yes, we have receipts). It's had all its scheduled maintenance and oil changes. Shortly after we bought it we gave the local shop a blank check and said to fix whatever it needs (fluids, joints, brakes, spark plugs, etc.) and all they could come up with was that it needed new windshield wipers! It comes with 2 fully functioning key fobs and it has been a very dependable daily driver. To the best of our knowledge, there are no aftermarket components on the vehicle so it comes "stock" except for the couple of decals that mention that it's a "Texas Edition." I believe we replaced the battery two years ago, so that should be good for a number of years. The bad... It needs tires and it's due for an alignment (it tracks straight, but the wheel is turned ever so slightly to the right and the tires have uneven wear). This started when we replaced many of the front-end suspension components last year. On occasion (once every two or three months) we'll get a phantom warning light - usually relating to the ABS brakes or traction control (one time we got a "reduced power" notification), but they've disappeared by the next time we drive the vehicle time. The ugly... Cosmetically: There are 2 large and one small cracks in the dash. The chrome on the rims is starting to peal off, rust is starting to come in on the doors, fenders and tailgate, there is a chunk of plastic missing out of one of the running boards (if we were keeping it, we'd have the local body shop fix the rust and give it a new paint job), there are numerous scratches, chips and marks as one would expect for a 10 year old vehicle with 126k miles on it. We can meet at our local police station for a test drive. A valid driver's license and proof of current insurance is required (we will confirm both). If you decide to purchase it and are local, the final transaction can take place at our local credit union (which currently holds the title) in Wellington, OH during business hours. We've been told that it can take up to 30 days before the release of the title following the final payoff, so keep that in mind.A $500 down payment via Paypal is due within 24 hours after your commit to the vehicle with the final payment being due within 3 days by cash in person or a cashier's check. We do not accept personal checks or Paypal as a final payment. Best of luck on your vehicle search and if you have any questions just let us know.
