It has very sporty appearance and really stands out from the crowd.Upgrades include an Arden quad-tip exhaust and Arden Body Kit. Exhaust has a deep throaty sound when you get on the gas and is reasonably quiet when idle / low rpm. Vehicle is sold as-is. It runs but is in need of repairs (should not be driven without repair). There is an oil and coolant gasket leak , valve timing issue, and electrical issue (shows faulty wheel sensor code). Jag mechanic quoted approx. 1-2k for parts/labor. There is some wear to leather on steering wheel, speakers do not work, and the headliner has come loose in spots (but is firmly secured in place with t-pins). There is some paint / exterior damage (see photos).Car has between 89-90k miles. Electrical issue preventing odometer reading but mileage is under 90k.Car was serviced regularly, oil changes every 3,000 miles. Ran great up until encountering electrical issue / gasket leak and has since been sitting for a few weeks but is regularly started and moved.X-Type's are fairly hard to find with a manual transmission. The vast majority of manuals were sold with a 2.5L engine. It's very hard to come by the 3.0L with a manual transmission.This car is particularly rare because it not only has the 3.0/manual but it also has the "Sport Package" which includes the Carbon Fiber dash with Leather/Alcantara seats and Body Kit. 2005 was the only year you could obtain the X-Type manual in this spec and very few (reportedly less than 10) were ever produced in this combination as the manual transmission was discontinued in 2006.Don't miss the chance to get obtain this rare X-Type.If the reserve is not met the car may be stripped for parts.
