If you don't contact me before bidding, I will delete the bid. Up for auction (about an hour from Sacramento) is a clean 1983 Ford Mustang GLX convertible. The car was parked in a warehouse in Fresno in 2004, when the fuel pump died, and the car remained in storage inside that warehouse until now. It was placed on non-op status at that time, so there are no back fees.We installed a brand-new battery, new fuel pump, new fuel filter, new brake master cylinder, several brake lines. The car now runs and drives, but still needs a little work. This Mustang shows 46,000 miles on the odometer. (True mileage unknown.) It is equipped with the 3.8 liter V6 engine, automatic transmission, AC, cruise control, power brakes, power steering, and more. The body is fairly straight and all of the glass is good. Visually, the only problems are that the drivers door and the drivers seat don't match. The carpet and the rest of the interior are in very good condition.The top and rear window are both in pretty good shape. The hydraulic action of the top works, but it needs a little help when it's coming back up.The title is clean and clear, and there are no past due fees.
