Let me start by saying I am selling this van for my sister-in-law as she does not have time to deal with it. The reason for selling is she has purchased a newer van. She has taken vary good care of this van and you will see with the description and pictures, that all information has been verified by dealer invoices etc. I have tried to describe the van, condition, and maintenance history to the best of my ability. This is a ONE OWNER van with EVERY option you can think of that came on the Odyssey's in 2011. Please see the window sticker in the photos and that will save me about 2 pages of typing! :) This van has had ALL Honda Cargo mats since day one. The second row seats were covered since day one with Honda seat covers. Note: The second row seat covers and rear cargo mat have been removed to go in the new van. The front, middle and third row cargo mats are still installed and will come with the van. The Navigation system was updated/loaded with 2015 database. (These are $150 a year if you decided to update) Below I have listed the bigger items from 2016 - Present. I have all service records from when the van was new but it was way too much to list so I started in 2016. As of 3/30/17 the multipoint inspection from Honda revealed that all items are green to include: Battery, Under-hood, LF Tire - 8/32, RF 7/32, LR 7/32, RR 7/32. Front tires are Pirelli and Rear tires are Michelin. Brake rotors measured Fronts - 9mm and Rear 8mm. Everyone always wants to know "whats wrong with it"? The drivers sides seat warmer doesn't work and was quoted at $350 from Honda. There are a few rock chips and normal wear on the front (which are shown in the photos). Thats it! Everything else is in working order on the van. She is ready for anything. The Odyssey is located in Birmingham, AL in my garage. The "very minor damage" on the CarFax is the picture of the rear bumper where it was backed into a trailer hitch. As you can see it is minor for sure.
