1984 NIGHTHAWK 'S' CB-700 SC Ready to Ride! If you are looking for a legend look no further! This is a real gem. Finding a Nighthawk 'S' in this condition is like finding a needle in a haystack (or estate sale). Up for auction is a 1984 CB 700 SC Nighthawk. Yes, this is collectible quality, gorgeous and original in everyway. Very low miles (just over 10K). Truly a near perfect example you will not want to pass up. Just went through a complete tune up including air cleaner, new plugs, oil, carburetors sonic cleaned, seals replaced, balanced, etc. I've taken amazing care of this bike from the day I bought it and always keep it protected under a bike cover in the garage. New high capacity battery. Tank is excellent and body panels are near perfect; all tabs present. All electrics including gas gauge work perfectly. Clean title. I restore these as a hobby and need to free up room to work on some of the others. These are amazing bikes - maintenance free save changing the oil every season. Otherwise, hop on and ride...you meet the nicest people on a Honda. ; ) BAD: Rear tire will need replacing after another summer season. See pics. GOOD: Excellent overall condition. Paint, rubber, tank, panels, etc. Gas tank looks like new (inside and out) Seat is excellent Tires are very good. Big Crank high capacity battery. Really cranks! Professionally rebuilt carbs. Replaced philip screws w/Stainless cap screws. Engine runs great. No funny noises. Starts right up and runs smooth. Clutch and tranny shift smoothly. All instrument gauges and lights work perfectly. HID headlight added. Plug and play conversion. To convert back just plug in an original headlight bulb. Brake and caliper seals all replaced. Work perfectly. New Fork seals New Brakes front and rear Fresh engine oil. New Air Cleaner New Plugs Beautiful shiny paint (original). No rips in seat cover. Mufflers shiny. Near perfect.
