About This Item2006 BMW M5 Sedan 104,700 Miles Nice Vehicle, beautiful Silverstone Metallic over X2SW Black Full / Extended Leather interior (leather dash, door panels, alcantara headliner). 104k Miles (engine has less as dealer confirmed it had a warranty replacement engine while under original warranty). SMG 7 Speed Sequential Manual Gearbox w/ paddle shifters (and automatic mode). Has Active Seats (the bolsters move to keep you planted while cornering), Heated / Cooled Seats, Tinted Windows, HUD (Head Up Display), 6CD Changer, Real Aluminum trim, Rear and side rear shades, DVD Navigation, etc. Just purchased a new Keyfob at dealer (old one works for spare). Excellent condition Goodyear Eagle F1's just purchased last year. Shifts smoothly, drives awesome as it should. As far as detriments, the rear glass weatherstripping is showing it's age (though it works fine and doesn't leak). The driver's door weatherstrip has a tear in it (easy to replace, cheap from any normal E60). eBrake shift boot has a small hole (again, easy/cheap to replace). A couple of plastics on the inside have a little wear on the rubberized coating as well. There are a couple of small marks in the paint, though I'd give the body a solid 9.5/10 overall. The exhaust is a great selling point on this car, though a little close to the rear bumper which has caused a little paint wear if you look very closely. This car was over $95k new, it's an incredible machine and now available at a very affordable price. Overall, a very nice car. The car has a salvage title. Previous owner told me it was due to a theft recovery with minor damage that he had repaired. It's a SC Salvage title. It can be registered and insured in SC without any incident. Different states have different laws regarding salvage titles and some may require an inspection or other process to register it (this is the responsibility of the buyer). This is a well sorted out car that just needs a new owner. I have 60 or so high resolution pictures so you can see how truly nice this M5 is, I can upload to photobucket if desired. I'm not going much lower than this, the car is worth double or more in parts alone...but it's really too nice to do anything other than drive and enjoy it!
