Up for sale is a 1984 Suzuki RM 250. This is a strong running bike with only 2 hours on a rebuilt engine. This would be a great bike for vintage racing. The suspension is all in great shape. This bike does need two radiators which are an easy fix but we unfortunately do not have the time or space to keep this bike around to finish it completely. I personally rode this bike and it went through all the gears just fine but we didn't run it too long due to the radiator leaks. the tires both hold air and have some dry rot from sitting in a garage for a few years. The plastics are all in good shape...the rear fender bolt tabs are ripped through. The bearings all seem to be in good shape. The engine was painted when it was rebuilt. Someone welded a washer onto the kicker shaft to keep the kicker from coming off. The choke lever on the carburetor won't stay up all the way. So its not perfect by any means but its an excellent base for a restoration or a vintage bike. The seat is in great shape.
