Vehicle Detail
I purchased this car in 2014 with approximately 9,000 miles on it. It has given me absolutely no problems. It was a rebuilt title when I purchased it. My state rarely issues rebuilt titles, so the title I received was clean (the title is attached as a pic to this listing). The po had repaired it (no frame damage, all cosmetic just to the front end). They didn't do a great job with the paint work, but it served my purposes fine. I never had any mechanical issues and performed oil changes religiously. The car was also kept very clean, washed and waxed regularly, and never smoked in. In November 2016, the car was rear ended and the vehicle was declared a total loss by the insurance company. The car is sold as-is and the buyer will receive the title that is shown in this listing. I was told that if I applied for a new title (right now) in my state, it would be a salvage title (I'm not sure if my state issues any other type titles for total loss vehicles). It is up to the buyer to figure out what your state will require when you apply to transfer this title to your name and/or once the car is fixed. I will also include a bill of sale stating the history of the car; the buyer will be required to sign the bill of sale acknowledging that they have been informed of the car's history. The car actually runs and drives well. In fact, I drove it home (at normal speeds) from the wreck and then to the garage where it now sits; about 60 miles total. It actually drives normal, if you didn't see the damage, I don't know that you'd know it had been in a wreck. Having said that, I can't make any guarantees as to the ability or feasibility of repairing this vehicle, or as to the process of clearing the title. I just know that it runs and drives very well. If nothing else, it should make a great parts car. Again, the current (previous rebuilt) title will be conveyed, but the bill of sale will be very specific as to the current declared total loss. I have no idea what you would need to do from that point to get the title cleared and in your name. $500 deposit due immediately following auction. Full payment via wire transfer within 3 days. Must be picked up within 7 days. No reserve, high bid buys it.
