Well today for sale here is A 2005 Ford Crown Victoria, it came straight from the police department with 75k, over the years it came up to 88k of daily driving, its been maintained very well with oil changes and the typical repairs needed for the average car. It drives very well, if your buying this car for police use, this car still has all the wiring for lights and antennas , other then that it can be used for daily driving from put A to B. I've notice that most of these cars have durable engines that can go up to 350,000k on them from the police department. but since this was a detactives vehicle it wasn't driven as much as the patrol ones. The paint on the trunk is fading away , the a/c doesn't blow cold air, but found out it needs to be recharge. But currently in Maryland the temps have dropped down to the point where cold air isn't needed in a car, but the heat works wonderful, when the car is completely cold in seconds the heat comes in. LIST OF REPAIRS DONE/ Date They Were Installed -New bulbs for the Headlights./ Aug 24,2016 -New lower control Arm on passenger side door./ Sep 16,2016 -Oil change every 3k miles / June 2,2013, November 27,2013, March 7,2014, August 18, 2014, November 8,2014, Feb 19, 2015, September 21, 2015. -Tune up/ Sep 3rd, 2016 This car has had very little repairs and currently I haven't seen the check engine light turned on yet in owning it. only light that comes on but eventually fades away is airbag. never checked why cause it comes on during turning it on but after driving it, it will fade away as if it wasn't on 10 secs. It passed maryland emissions test , therefore depending on your state I'm sure it will pass there as well.
