Real U code 440 HP2 engine, 727 automatic transmission, 3:23 gears. This is a real 6-pack engine with the 6-pack crack and rods. I have all pictures to prove it. I purchased this car around 6-7 years ago and have just started driving it. The motor is not stamped, believed to be a replacement block but is the real 375 HP2 completely rebuilt to factory specs. This is also one of only around 916 built with the U code 440 and 727 auto. I changed from the original green to yellow with all new black interior. I do have the door sticker, all body numbers are correct. Rallye dash, RT hood, etc. Too much to list. Please call or email with questions. There is no rust on this car. All rust was cut out and all rusty panels were replaced. I have lots of pictures of the car with its original condition before we started the restoration. This is not a complete restoration but very nice driver quality restoration. This car runs out strong, shifts perfect and drives excellent. View my other auctions. These are some of the items not yet finished gas tank gauge {should have fixed by end of auction} has new tank and sending unit. A/C still needs a few parts for completion, {may have them} still looking. radio not working. speedometer is off but works. drivers seat needs bottom trim pieces and button {still looking} It comes with factory fender tag. new mopar magnum wheels with 225-70-15 fronts and 275-60-15 rear, car sits perfect. If your looking for a perfect driver car that is ready to go and is very rare and collectable needing a few cosmetics, this is the car. 1970 dodge Challenger RT. Real U code 440 HP2 engine, 727 automatic transmission, 3:23 gears. This is a real 6-pack engine with the 6-pack crack and rods. I have all pictures to prove it. I purchased this car around 6-7 years ago and have just started driving it. The motor is not stamped, believed to be a replacement block but is the real 375 HP2 completely rebuilt to factory specs. This is also one of only around 916 built with the U code 440 and 727 auto. I changed from the original green to yellow with all new black interior. I do have the door sticker, all body numbers are correct. Rallye dash, RT hood, etc. Too much to list. Please call or email with questions. There is no rust on this car. All rust was cut out and all rusty panels were replaced. I have lots of pictures of the car with its original condition before we started the restoration. A/C still needs a few parts for completion, {may have them} still looking. radio not working. speedometer is off but works. drivers seat needs bottom trim pieces and button {still looking} It comes with factory fender tag. new mopar magnum wheels with 225-70-15 fronts and 275-60-15 rear, car sits perfect. If your looking for a perfect driver car that is ready to go and is very rare and collectable needing a few cosmetics, this is the car.
