Has not been restored. All original plastics. The paint on the frame, tank, and swingarm is original. Some of the black on the motor, headlight guard, and exhaust looks to have been touched up with spray paint. The black decals with the yellow Honda wings are newer style vinyl but the rest of the stickers and warning labels are original from 1983! please review the pictures, there are some slight surface rust spots on the frame where the paint has come off. These 3 wheelers are getting harder to find in original condition. Runs and rides good. The original owners manual (not pictured) is included in the sale.
