1947 Ford Pickup Truck Drivetrain/chassis The motor is locked up from sitting, it is complete, truck rolls and steers fine! Chassis looks good. Has all 4 hub caps, and has the rare 5 wide 3/4-1 ton rear end, which are worth 1000 by themselves. InteriorThe interior shows its age from sitting, but its complete, Gauge glass is good. BodyBody is isn't bad but has a little rust here and there as pictured in the cab corners, the front bed sides and a little in the cab corners, and the bottom inside of the doors, but pretty good over all. The floors look solid, cab and fenders look pretty good, as well as running boards. Rear fenders are solid and as nice as I have seen on any of these trucks, they must have had the supports added early...they will be an easy restore. Glass has some cracks(front drivers WS) and age delamination, but its all flat glass and new glass is like $250, so I always recommend replacing the glass for safety even if it appears good and you plan on leaving the truck the way it is. Anyway a very hard to find, nice low mileage post war Ford truck for Restoration. I have another one of these listed that is a very good low mileage runner.
