This 1952 MG TD is an Original, well maintained car and I can assure you it runs and drives VERY WELL. It has all the good looks, has the power you would expect from a Twin Carb 1250 cc engine and it handles like a go-cart, what is not to like? This is one Sexy car. If you can make it to Boise in the next ten days please come look at and drive this car for yourself, you won't be disappointed !! This is a QUALITY CAR FOR SURE. This BEAUTY has the STRONG - ORIGINAL – Number matching, Engine number: 21873 1250 CC - Four cylinder motor in it and running VERY WELL indeed. The motor still retains the Original (PDC3478) Dual SU carburetors, Original air cleaner housings / breather, Original intake manifold, Original exhaust manifold and its Original valve cover. Sounds good too, with the new factory style Stainless Steel exhaust system with a chrome tip. The engine is backed by the smooth Original four speed manual transmission which also functions very well. New radiator, cap and new water pump. Both carburetors rebuilt. All new brakes lines, Master cylinder and brakes. The Original interior is beautiful, including, NICE ORIGINAL Burgundy Leather front bucket seats, Black carpeting, a VERY NICE ORIGINAL MG steering wheel, VERY NICE ORIGINAL matching door panels, VERY NICE ORIGINAL dash, VERY NICE ORIGINAL gauge cluster including a factory tachometer. This MG TD is nicely equipped including factory gauge package including tachometer, new good glass, original rear view mirror. This car is a great running and wonderful looking MGB Roadster. This 1952 MG TD Roadster Convertible has sharp looks, good power! These vehicles have an appreciative group of owners any of which would be pleased to own this one. The suspension and drive train are all in good working order as well as the electrical system. All the lights work including headlights, taillights. Speaking of lights all of the ORIGINAL light and reflector lenses are clear, bright and uncracked and in BEAUTIFUL condition. The rear compartment is also nice and clean and has the Original engine crank and side curtains stored in their original locations. This 1952 MG TD Roadster is a great investment opportunity and it is priced right! It is in GREAT condition from top to bottom and from front to back. It will not disappoint someone looking for a good example of a sought after and hard to find Original collector sports car which is not seen at every car show. If you have been looking but cannot find a Classic British Sports Car worthy of your hard earned money look NO further because this is the one! The Original Black exterior finish on this vehicle was not even buffed because we wanted to present the car in its original condition, showing a few imperfections but is still STUNNING as you can clearly see in the pictures! If you buffrd it out it would really be awesome. As for the body we could only find one small ding in the right rear fender from a rock about the size of a dime or smaller. What a STUNNING color combination, is there any better for a British sports car? The original chrome and stainless is in good shape. It has the original black canvas full cockpit tonneau cover. The original steel wheels are nice with original center caps, with all 5 new tires, including the spare. WOW, does this combination look OUTSTANDING on this car and really add to the overall cosmetic impression of this BEAUTY! This vehicle is in nice mechanical condition and it runs and drives very well. It is solid with respect to the overall mechanical condition as well Electrical, it retains the original positive ground system. I looked underneath and also included photos below. We listed this for a friend of ours whose father bought it in 1954 it lived all its life in New Hampshire and was driven only on the finest of days and stored in a climate controlled storage, and as you can clearly tell in the pictures this was his pride and joy!! This 1952 MG TD is an Original, well maintained car and I can assure you it runs and drives VERY WELL. It has all the good looks, has the power you would expect from a Twin Carb 1250 cc engine and it handles like a go-cart, what is not to like? This is one Sexy car. This BEAUTY has the STRONG - ORIGINAL – Number matching, Engine number: 21873 1250 CC - Four cylinder motor in it and running VERY WELL indeed. The motor still retains the Original (PDC3478) Dual SU carburetors, Original air cleaner housings / breather, Original intake manifold, Original exhaust manifold and its Original valve cover. Sounds good too, with the new factory style Stainless Steel exhaust system with a chrome tip. The engine is backed by the smooth Original four speed manual transmission which also functions very well. New radiator, cap and new water pump. Both carburetors rebuilt. All new brakes lines, Master cylinder and brakes. The Original interior is beautiful, including, NICE ORIGINAL Burgundy Leather front bucket seats, Black carpeting, a VERY NICE ORIGINAL MG steering wheel, VERY NICE ORIGINAL matching door panels, VERY NICE ORIGINAL dash, VERY NICE ORIGINAL gauge cluster including a factory tachometer. This MG TD is nicely equipped including factory gauge package including tachometer, new good glass, original rear view mirror. This car is a great running and wonderful looking MGB Roadster. This 1952 MG TD Roadster Convertible has sharp looks, good power! These vehicles have an appreciative group of owners any of which would be pleased to own this one. The suspension and drive train are all in good working order as well as the electrical system. All the lights work including headlights, taillights. Speaking of lights all of the ORIGINAL light and reflector lenses are clear, bright and uncracked and in BEAUTIFUL condition. The rear compartment is also nice and clean and has the Original engine crank and side curtains stored in their original locations.
This 1952 MG TD Roadster is a great investment opportunity and it is priced right! It is in GREAT condition from top to bottom and from front to back. It will not disappoint someone looking for a good example of a sought after and hard to find Original collector sports car which is not seen at every car show. If you have been looking but cannot find a Classic British Sports Car worthy of your hard earned money look NO further because this is the one! The Original Black exterior finish on this vehicle was not even buffed because we wanted to present the car in its original condition, showing a few imperfections but is still STUNNING as you can clearly see in the pictures! If you buffrd it out it would really be awesome. As for the body we could only find one small ding in the right rear fender from a rock about the size of a dime or smaller. What a STUNNING color combination, is there any better for a British sports car? The original chrome and stainless is in good shape. It has the original black canvas full cockpit tonneau cover. The original steel wheels are nice with original center caps, with all 5 new tires, including the spare. WOW, does this combination look OUTSTANDING on this car and really add to the overall cosmetic impression of this BEAUTY! This vehicle is in nice mechanical condition and it runs and drives very well.
