Im selling my 1976 Datsun 280z.Please read this fully. The pictures are 2 years old it is now in a garage. Theres a little more rust then pictured but in general, its the same as the first pictureIt was given to me. I began fixing it up and drove it for a few years. It has been parked for now for 2 years. Odometer says around 60000When parked the engine was running great. You can see in the pictures we opened it up cleaned it, painted it and put on a bob sharp intake manifold and a holly carb which was great and easy to deal with.Carpets removedThe body was stripped and primed never repainted.The issues are rust as usual with these cars here in the north east.The reason I stopped driving it was because one of the a arm suspension supports under the battery had rusted so badly it was about to detach. Not something I was willing to risk.Some of the tires are flat. I could probably fill them to make it roll easierIt will need to be towed away by the buyerIf you are considering this car please understand its not ready to drive. It needs major rust repairs, requiring serious skills, plasma cutting, welding, grinding and a real know how. NOT your average garage project.There are tons of parts available online. Black Dragon and others.I had it listed on craigslist but because I got literally 15 hits in two days I've decided to post it here. I don't want to show the car a dozen times or deal with low ballers. Im not in a rush to sell. Its in a garage and if I cant get what I'm asking ill just stick to the original plan to fix it with my son someday. I have the shop, the tools, even a car lift and the skills just not the time at the moment.Thanks,Tim
