Up for sale is this great 1949 Packard Standard Eight Sedan As you can see from the pictures, this car is very solid. It has a straight eight engine and 3 speed transmission, with overdrive although the overdrive lincage was disconnected by the guy that restored this car. I have the linkage and it can be installed again. The engine was rebuilt about 10 years ago and doesn't have many miles on it. The interior has been redone and looks real nice. A very comfortable car to ride in.Always attracts attention. The underside and frame was cleaned and painted black, it's in great shape, you won't find this in many cars from years ago.
