1977 low mileage Suzuki PE250 barn find project bike which had approximately 450 original miles on it when I purchased it, I am the third owner. I purchased it in 2005. The bike was stored back in 2007 as a running bike, but hasn't been started since 2007, so I can't vouch for how it will run now, but it did run well back in 2007 with one of its spare engines that's currently mounted on its frame. The original engine is in excellent condition with under 500 miles on it, however it was completely disassembled do to a transmission problem which I resolved with new used parts. I never got around to reassembling it but all the parts are there together in a storage tub carefully packed away. pictures were taken back in 2005 so bike doesn't look as clean as the pictures in these auction, add a lot of dirt and dust and some rust and that's how it looks now but still in good condition for its age and very restorable. My bikes are a couple of hours away from where I live on my sisters farm in storage, so I will try to make a point of taking some newer pictures of bike and posting them soon. This bike is worth well over the 500 price that I'm asking for, it comes two spare engines and lots of spare parts a owners manual and service manual.
