This 1994 Prelude can be made drivable with some relatively easy repairs.The frame seems to be strong with no evidence of rust throughThe engine has good oil pressure with no unusual sounds except that it "hunts" for a smooth idle until it warms up. It might be caused by a dirty FIT valveThere is no smoke from the exhaustThe transmission shifts OK with no unusual noisesNo evident problems with the differentialNo leakage from the cooling system and it runs at normal temperatureThe battery is strong and the engine starts up right away every timeThe warning lights for ABS and Brakes are ONThe brake pedal is firm and the car stops straight. There is no chatter or pulsationThe Check Engine light is ONNo visible fuel leaksThe steering free play is OK and it does not bind. Power unit seems to be OKThe air conditioning makes lots of cold airThe suspension seems to be OKThere is an aftermarket "performance" exhaust (Louder). No evident leaksThe tires have some tread but we have not measured them.
