The vehicle is in great overall condition and has been well-cared for over the years. My dad bought it used in 2004 and kept it as his second car until he died recently and left it to me. It has been kept in the garage at least since 2004, and probably before then as well. The vehicle comes with a new battery (installed on July 7, 2016), an after-market Pioneer receiver with USB port, premium wheels, convertible windscreen, and car cover. It passed its smog test on July 1, 2016, and the registration was just renewed and is good until July 2017. A BMW mechanic who checked it out in June 2016 stated that it's the cleanest, best-running 328i of its age that he's seen. The convertible top is clean and in good shape, but it must be manually lowered and raised. As you can see in the photos, the windshield is cracked and there is a relatively small tear in the leather on the driver's seat. I noticed some very minor oil seepage today, July 14, but I don't know the location or cause. The "check control" message has been lighting up intermittently. The display under the stereo receiver is unreadable and has been this way since my dad bought the car in 2004. I'm unaware of any other issues or defects. The car seems to run great and is fun to drive. I'm happy to provide additional photos or information and will do my best to answer all questions. The car must be fully paid for and picked up within 10 days of the end of auction. Update (7/18/16): I just noticed today that some of the brake lights are out. However, the one next to the license plate on the left side of the vehicle is operating, as well as the strip of brake lights across the back of the trunk, so it is clear when the car is braking. Also, I noticed today that when rolled up, there is a small gap between the front and small back window on the driver's side. The gap is about a half an inch wide, and I do not know the cause. Overall, the motors for the automatic windows still work well on both sides.
