Has the V.I.N on the Block and Motor has been Rebuilt. The Frame has been Blasted and Painted a while back and is very nice. The Body has a New Front Clip from Sermersheims and New Quarters and New Big Block Hood. Interior is Stripped out it has Seats and Dash.
