Smoke free environment. Runs very well. Transmission and clutch great, AC works well, sports package electric seating works great, all original manuals and trunk tool kit included. Has some issues. Leaks oil and power steering fluid, left front break sensor bad, Sunroof leaks ( sealed with tape since discovered), wiper sprayer doesn't work, slightly sagging rear head liner, speakers rattle on high volume, minor scratches and paint chips, right back power window doesn't work. This BMW 323i is the sport premium package. I purchased this from my brother who was the original owner. I drive this car to work every day and it is reliable transportation. It has been kept in a garage for the most part when not in use. Front windshield sunscreen used to protect leather interior. Would like payment with cashiers check or cash upon pick up and buyer is responsible for pick up or shipping.
