This auction is for our very nice 2003 Mazda Miata with only 78,xxx adult driven miles. We purchased this car to keep as a 3rd car to use as a fun toy. We have had our fun with it and have purchased an expensive scooter which we now use almost exclusively, so it is time to pass this Miata on. We looked for some time and at a lot of cars before we purchased this one as it was the best that we could find. We paid a lot more for it than we are asking, but it was certainly worth every penny in the fun that we had with it. This car was always adult owned(including us) and well taken care of. We purchased it from a certified mechanic who brought it all up to date on it's maintenance and we have continued with all the scheduled oil changes. The new owner will be able to use this car reliably from the very moment of purchase and will enjoy a trouble free car for many, many years thereafter. Previous owner had installed a high quality K&N cold air intake in place of the stock air cleaner for better performance. It is a very clean and worthwhile upgrade and is shown in the pictures of the engine. The convertible top is new and is in great condition. The car has always been covered when not in use and the new owner will receive the custom fit car cover. It has the rare and special factory Shinsen wheels, but have been advised by an Ebay member that it may not be an actual shinsen model.. The car is shown in the actual condition which is how it is kept, but I will have our car detailer professionally detail it inside and out before the new owner picks it up. We are doing this so you can see it's true condition knowing it will look nicer in person when the new owner gets it. We will also have a fresh oil change and service performed as well. It is our opinion that this car is in very good condition and we hope you will think so too, but we would highly recommend that any potential buyer come look at and of course bring their mechanic with them prior to bidding. If you are not local, there are car inspection services that can be hired to come inspect the car for you and will provide an extensive report of condition. This should all be done prior to bidding so you know what you are getting. If you are out of state, we will be happy to work with your shipping company and will accommodate their schedule to the best of our ability. We are not a dealer of any sort and just a private seller, so there are no warranties offered with this car, but really, it is a solid car and there are no worries. We have provided a bunch of pictures and each one has a zoom feature where you can put your cursor over and it enlarges each photo so you can get a detailed close up view of each one. If you are looking for a nice example of a Miata that you will not have any problems with, this one is it. We are just moving on to something else as we are having our vintage VW shipped down to us from up north and are currently having fun with our scooter.
