Vehicle Detail
Up for sale is a Café project that is 95% complete. A lot of $ has been spend on this project with top shelf parts coming from Japan, Carpy, OEM...etc. I purchased this bike several years ago as a mild custom. At the time I had a lot of time on my hands so I decided to make this a full café custom. Unfortunately we were not able to finish the bike and it has been in storage for the last almost 2 years. It was stored without gas and oil drained. The bike has had the following things completed (all parts are brand new never used): DrivetrainMotor fully rebuilt (stock)DynaTek Dyna S Electronic Ignition, coils, plug wires with NGK spark plugs (also include 2 sets of spare plugs)MAC 4-1 full exhaust with Carpy's Scorcher Chrome muffler (also includes the MAC muffler that came with the exhaust)Finned ignition, starter, stator, tranny, and finned valve caps (70's vintage parts)Carpy's finned engine to frame mountChrome valve breather cover (not installed but included)Carpy's finned oil filter housingVintage 1970's chrome oil coolerChrome oil breatherRebuilt Keihin carburetorsFree flow chrome air filersOil Pressure gaugeChrome drilled oil chain coverNew chainNew Bike Master true gel battery (comes with an additional true gel battery)New Battery cablesNew starter relay solenoidStainless braided oil lines The remainder of the bike has had equal the treatment:Deep orange sunrise paint job on tanks, side covers (with badge delete) and seat panCafé seat pan with snap seat coverTank has OSPS chrome fuel guageNew petcock valveCafé barsGauges have been rebuilt with new glass (from Japan) and chrome coversNew speedo and tach cablesVintage 1970's gran torismo gripsAftermarket side mirrorsPolished handlebar clampsNew runner gatorsNew chrome headlight cover with chrome turn indicatorsNew front Progressive springs that have been professionally shortened 1"+ for that lowered front end lookChrome font fenderCarpy's '750 CAFE' Font fender embossed license plateDrilled front rotorRebuilt front brake caliper - new piston, seals, brake pads and bleeder valveNew hard and rubber brake linesDrilled rear drum brake coverCarpy's 'Café Racer' brake barCustom made 'Café Racer' cutout sprocket coverNew rear drum brake padsNew chrome chain coverCat eye stop lightCustom rear turn indicators - made from real pistonsBoth front and back wheels have been powder coated black with new chrome laces installedNew Shinko tiresNew rubber for pegs, kick, and shifterNew Chrome horn ELECTRICAL: My electrical guy installed the following:New strait from Japan correct color coded wiring harnessNew strait from Japan left and right switches Unfortunately he was deployed to Afghanistan before he could finish the wiring. Everything is there just needs to be married up within the headlight as you can see from the pictures. I do not touch wiring as that is not my thing so I let it sit in storage until we could finish it. We have never been able to get back to it so I would like it to go to someone that can finish the bike and get it on the road. A lot of money has gone into this almost full restoration. Due to the shorty rear shocks and the shortened Progressive front springs you will need to get a shorter kickstand. The bike has the best parts we could find and just needs a little to finish. It has been in storage with a cover on it for the past year and a half. Any questions please let me know. Thanks!
