1968 Volvo P1800 S. Older restoration but still shows all its beauty. Minor flaws here and there but nothing major. VPD Progressive Spring set and Bilstein shocks all around. Rear shocks are specially valved by VPD for a smoother ride. Poly bushings, ball joints and steering joints all replaced, Aluminum radiator, New steering box, Petronics Ignition. Over $20,000 USD spent on the car in the past 2 years. Paint- Has a few minor flaws but relatively in nice shape and shines well. Interior- Maintains it's original look and is also very nice condition with only minor flaws. Trunk- Neatly accented to original look Engine- Original 1.8 that was rebuilt at the time of restoration. Runs excellent, Dual Mikuni Carbs , 1-2-3 electronic Swedish electronic distributor. Chrome K&N air cleaners. Transmission- Original gear box 4 speed with electric Overdrive. Shifts very well. Brakes- Original Equipment, front discs, all rebuilt Wheels- VTO Mini Lite Wheels with Michelin 195-65-15 tires. The Volvo has Vintage air conditioning and new compressor over the past few years. When the video was made we tried turning the AC on and it did not kick on. We will look at the fuses and wiring. Please watch the video pointing out flaws as well as the beauty of the rare Volvo.
