Up for auction is a very late production 1954 corvette (much better quality bodys than the early 53-54 cars). This car is a very rare factory red car. 1 of only 100 made in 1954. The car has been stripped to the bare fiberglass so you can see how solid the body truly is. The original color (red) can be seen all over the car for documentation purposes since these cars dont have data tags with a paint code. The car is very complete and that in itself is a rarity !!!! Most of these cars got stripped down for race cars or even worse robbed for parts to build replica kit cars. DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE AND BUY A STRIPPED CAR !!!! Just the windshield frame for a 53-55 cost over $5,000.00. The majority of the parts for these car are impossible to find and VERY EXPENSIVE. I have not tried to start the car. It rolls and steers perfectly for loading/unloading purposes. I have a very rare HARDTOP for the car thst is included with the sale. Please ask all questions before bidding. The car needs a full restoration and is a project car that doesnt run. I have clean title in hand. I reserve the right to end the auction early. I have no problem helping with shipping or selling internationally. The frame on this car is very, very solid. One small repair will be needed on the passenger rear cross member (very common area)(see pic). The complete headlight buckets, side mirror, inside door pulls, grill oval and teeth, and all bumpers and bullets are included but not installed on the car. This car has a nice set of side curtains and the complete dual pot air cleaners. Those 2 items alone are worth over $6k. Once again the car is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction early. Please ask any and all questions before bidding. It is only being used as a reference for the hardtop. The top that is included with the car is the same style, just a different color.
