My car buddies tell me that I am over critical in my descriptions, but here is how I would describe it: There are a few paint chips here and there. It evidently had full lenth quarters replaced at some time. There has also been a partial trunk pan replaced. There is some very slight solvent pop at the top of the quarter areas. You have to look close to see it. It will not show up in pics and doesn’t glare out at you unless pointed out. The car rides, runs and drives great. The crate engine at 408 horses had very good power. The interior is mostly original. The seats, door panels, dash pad, and headliner all appear to be original. The carpet may be, not sure. It looks good but is faded a little. The glass is all older. There are some scratches in the glass here and there. The trim around the doors glass is older and original and has some scratches. The engine is a new Blue Print Chevy 355 that was installed at 75,220 on the odometer. The odometer at the time of listing shows 76,163 so it has just under 1,000 miles. It was purchased in May 2015. It has a 30 month or 50,000 mile limited warranty. I do have the paperwork and receipts. Here are some more detailed high resolution pictures: Everything works on the car except maybe the cigarette lighter. Everything else -- speedometer, Heater, lights, horn, dome light, turn signals, back up lights, dash lights, gauges and lights all work great Tag receipt in my name. Sold with a Georgia Tag Receipt and Bill of Sale. I would call this a cruiser or local show car. It’s not a 1,000 point concours restoration, but a very very nicely restored car built to enjoy. Email me and I can send you a foto album link with over 100 detailed pictures as well as a VIDEO so you can hear it run. Text me at 770-639-3671 and I can send you the video by text. The NOVA has a CLEAR GEORGIA TAG REGISTRATION, and INSURANCE in my name. So It DOES NOT HAVE A CURRENT “LIVE” TITLE but should be legally registered and licensed in MOST STATES. Please CHECK your TAG LAWS prior to bidding. In most states the Georgia registration and a Notarized Bill of Sale should work. If you are serious, let’s discuss. Don’t just hit that BUY IT NOW BUTTON without talking with me. Look at my feedback, whenever I sell something on Ebay I try to be as detailed as I can giving you a factual description to the best of my knowledge. I may add a Buy it Now price during the auction and I will reserve the right to end auction early if necessary. If you are serious, you should bid early, don’t wait till the end, as you just might miss it! This is NOT your average 1970 Nova. Very good condition for a car that is almost 45 years old. You can drive, cruise, or show it, whatever your preference is on how you chose to enjoy it! Please note - most of my Collector car auctions never last the full ebay listing time.... so if you are serious about trying to bid to buy this, you need to go ahead and bid, don’t wait around to see what happens, because you just might miss it. Next thing you know it will still be on your watch list with auction ended and will be in someone else's garage. Terms of Sale An initial $500 non refundable deposit by paypal is required within 24 hours of auction end, balance to be paid in full within 3 days of auction end. Any certified checks will have to fully clear all banks prior to new owner taking possession. Seller warrants to Buyer it has good and marketable title to said property, full authority to sell and transfer said property, and that said property is sold free of all liens, encumbrances, liabilities and adverse claims of every nature and description whatsoever. Seller has no knowledge of any hidden defects in and to the Vehicle, and believes to the best of the Seller's knowledge that the Vehicle being sold is in good operating condition and as described. With that said Vehicle is sold in "as is" condition and where presently located with no guarantees, no guarantees to authenticity, no buy backs, or no recourse. Buyer to pay all taxes, fees and transportation costs. ****Please understand you are bidding TO BUY, your ARE NOT bidding on the opportunity to be the first looker. If you end up winning the auction provided the reserve is met, you ARE expected to pay for the truck AS IS, where is, NO EXCEPTIONS!!! ****This is an EBAY auction and will be expected to be fully executed provided the reserve is met. Please do any and ALL your diligence PRIOR to bidding. If you want to come see it PRIOR to the auction end, please do so and I would encourage you to do that if possible. If you need your spouse or “significant others” approval prior to purchasing, please get that prior to bidding. Thanks for looking and best of luck and have FUN bidding to BUY! If I add a buy it now price and you hit the Buy It Now button, the TRUCK IS YOURS and you will be expected to make full payment ASAP within 48 hours!!! I can’t over emphasize this enough, but if you are a serious BUYER on the car, I would prefer to discuss by phone and you can feel free to call or TEXT if you are serious – 770-639-3671. If you made it this far, thanks for your patience and I hope you enjoy looking at this 1970 Nova! Best of Luck! Call or TEXT– 770-639-3671
