I have for sale a red 1966 Mustang coupe. This is not a stock vehicle. Many modifications have been done to improve economy, reliability, and performance. Below is a list of work that has been done.-Mustang II suspension swap with new components throughout-Rack and pinion steering-Fuel injected 5.0L engine with brand new ford AOD transmission (engine refreshed with new gaskets/sensors)-MAF conversion (A9L ecu)-New HVAC system including A/C-aluminum radiator-Painless performance engine wiring harness and body wire harness-Reupholstered seats at some point in time in the past (including seats and carpet)-Modern brakes including disks in the front, stainless steel lines, new master cylinder, brake bias switch, etc-Almost new tires with period correct rims (5 lug conversion)-Ford 9 inch rear with LSD-New stainless steel fuel tank with FI modifications, new fuel lines-New weather strippingIf you are looking for that classic mustang appeal with modern performance and reliability then this is a perfect car for you. I have various receipts and contact information for the shop that performed the work. I will say that it is not perfect. I would call this car a weekend project car. It is drivable in its current state. It does need the following (hence the weekend project description): hvac blower hooked up (it is installed, just need the wires hooked up. Harness already installed as well), new wiper switch, radio wired up, new dash cover (old one is warped), cold start issue diagnosed and fuel/temp gage wires hooked up. It is an Arizona car and as such, is a very clean chassis. The exterior is clean as well with only minimal dents/scratches but will need a new paint job to bring it to show room condition. I have greatly enjoyed having this car. Comes with many extra parts and a clean Michigan title. Odometer shows 83,xxx miles on the chassis. Any questions please ask.
